Baggage and check-in checklist

Before packing

Check the provider’s current cabin, checked-bag, size, weight and restricted-item rules for each operating segment.

Before online check-in

Have the booking code, passenger name and travel document ready. Confirm the opening and closing times shown by the provider.

If a bag is delayed

Report it through the operating provider’s baggage desk before leaving the airport when possible. Keep the baggage report number, tags and receipts for necessary expenses.

If you have special equipment

Mobility devices, sports equipment, musical instruments and medical items may require advance notice or specific packing instructions.

Provider-specific: Allowances and claims are controlled by the airline or ticket provider. Check the official baggage page linked from your booking.
