Reservation checklist

Passenger names

Enter names exactly as required by the provider and travel document. If a correction is needed, ask what the issuer permits before check-in.

Route and airport

Check airport codes, connection time and whether the itinerary uses different terminals or airports in the same city.

Fare and seat

Review change conditions, baggage inclusion, seat selection, boarding process and any optional charge before confirmation.

Confirmation

Save the confirmation, ticket number, receipt and provider contact channel. These details make later changes easier to trace.
